This is a procedure where a camera is maneuvered up into the chimney to check the integrity of the flue tiles or metal liner and to see if there are any misaligned liners, cracks or even holes in the flue.
The smoke chamber and the smoke shelf of a fireplace can also be looked at via the camera to see what condition they are in as well.
This can also help to see if there are any little critters hiding in the corners!
